How UVA and UVB Rays Damage the Skin?

UVB rays primarily affect the outer layers of the skin (epidermis). They are responsible for sunburn, visible redness, and direct DNA damage in skin cells. Repeated UVB exposure triggers inflammation and increases the risk of long-term skin damage, including uneven tone and loss of skin integrity.
